Warramate Cabernet Merlot Malbec 2021, crafted by winemaker Sarah Crowe in the Yarra Valley, is a refined Bordeaux-inspired blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot and 15% Malbec. It opens with aromas of blackberry, mulberry and dried herbs, layered with cedar, tobacco leaf and a hint of anise. The palate is medium-bodied yet structured, with fine chalky tannins, bright acidity and gentle French oak framing the dark fruit core.
