The wine greets you with pear, white peach and a whisper of citrus blossom atop a bed of oyster shell minerality. Fermented partly in French oak (≈10-20% new) with some lees contact, it has a soft, richly textured mid-palate balanced by crisp acidity. Subtle oak toast - cashew-and-nutty - supports rather than dominates.
