Yarra Yering Dry White Wine No. 1 2022, made under the stewardship of winemaker Sarah Crowe in Yarra Valley, Victoria, is an outstanding white blend. Semillon (≈ 85%). Chardonnay (≈ 15%). On the nose it offers pear flesh, grapefruit citrus and kaffir lime leaf, with stone fruit richness from the Chardonnay, subtle white blossom and jasmine tones.
